[Selphie is going to hear about this until the permanent hair dye decides to wash out. Unfortunately, she's also listening to the little devil on her shoulder as she's been busy with an evil prank of a project since early this morning.

See Ceodore, this is what happens when you get mallynapped for a month. Among other things upon your return that won't be mentioned.

You're getting your hair dyed the same shade as the wings you hate and it's going to stay there until you either shave your head or it washes out. So for now, as Ceodore sleeps away, his girlfriend is sitting on his lap washing out the last of the hair dye before she turns on the video feed on her journal.

She shows off the Prince's new hair colour and then flashes to his wings. Afterwards, she's booking it outside to burst into a good gale of laughter despite the chilly air outside. When she finally settles the journal on herself, she's got that impish curl about her lips that everyone in the village would be wise to fear before she's giving the journal a thumbs up.]

So everybody, whatcha think?

[The first thing people might hear coming out of this post is a little bit of humming coming through. It's a very cheerful sort of humming. The kind where the person doing the humming doesn't particularly care about rhythm, key, pitch or melody. Selphie's humming for the sake of humming and her perpetually good mood of the past week.

The morning is early when this post full of sunshine -- literally, she's decorated an entire page with idle doodles.]

Welcome to Luceti, Newbies!!!

This is for all of our New Feathers from this cycle. If you find yourself in need a hand, have some questions or just need a place to crash for the night, feel free to drop by the Welcome Centre. It's manned at all times during the cycles so there's always somebody here to help you out! There's myself -- Selphie's my name -- Rise, Emil, Rydia and Souji! Of course, if there's anyone else who wants to help out, your help is always more than appreciated!

Also, for those who are new, I suggest you take a read through the Guide that Miss Raine Sage has been maintaining. It'll tell you all sorts of things about the Village. Of course, we're a generally friendly bunch -- although we are splattered with a few grumps to level things out -- so don't hesitate to ask for help if you need it!

[It's been ten days and the Malnosso seem to be finished with Selphie. As a result of their handy work, Selphie's been reduced to the age of a six-year-old child.

She woke up on the outskirts of the village and immediately began to wander the village on her own. She doesn't seemed to be harmed in any way. However, one might noticed the skinned knees and scraped elbows that are covered in their fair share of dirt. Another might notice the dirt covered dress she's wearing but she'll just be exploring this village that seems rather new to her as this little girl doesn't remember spending almost a year and a half in Luceti as a teenager.

Eventually though, she does end up by the fountain where she clambers up onto the ledge before hopping into the fountain with delight that only a young child would understand. Of course, the white fabric of the dress isn't exactly appropriate swimwear and eventually someone will find a dress floating happily in the fountain and a little girl that looks oddly like a younger version of Selphie frolicking with reckless abandon in the fountain.

What does your character do upon spotting this little kid wandering about unsupervised?

[Selphie's had... quite the afternoon. The village seems fuller than usual which has her en route to the Welcome Centre as we speak. The New Feather's will need all the help they can get with the current weather. She'd made a pit stop at the shops along the way and picked up extra blankets, shoes and sweaters. She's hauling them behind her in waterproof bins on a sleigh and keeps shouting at everybody to clear a path so she can get through.

Oh the joys of having a diaphragm and lungs adequate for screaming across a great distance.

Eventually, with her goodies in tow, Selphie walks into the Welcome Centre, peels off her winter clothes and plops herself down in a chair before opening her journal. She sees the numerous entries about all the newcomers and instead of asking if this it's unusual for New Feather's to not have wings, she gives a simple greeting instead.]

Welcome to Luceti to all the New Feathers. If you need help with anything like an extra blanket, a pair of shoes or a warm sweater, come on in to the Welcome Centre! We've got some other goodies here as well and there's nothing wrong with seeing a friendly face on a cold winter's day!

I'll even make hot chocolate if you'd like some! Even if you're not a New Feather, if you want some hot chocolate, I'll you some too!
