76th Draw - A little bit louder and a little bit worse [open action/backdated to saturday afternoon]

[The Malnosso seemed to have decided to be nice to Selphie for a change.

Kinda.

They drop her off in the village alright but she's banged up and been bitten more than once. Fighting shift hunters for the past few days has been exhausting and they didn't seem to want to let her sleep at all so she while she may be walking of her own power, it's not very well or very fast. There's a limp to her step as well and her arms are crossed over her chest in an attempt to keep some bit of warmth inside.

Her dress is will stained with fresh and dried blood as she eventually sits down somewhere and huddles in on herself for warmth. Seriously Malnosso, would it kill you to send your mallynap victims back with boots in the colder months? At any rate, if someone happens upon her, the perky brunette is pretty banged up. Most of the wounds are pretty fresh and thanks to wandering about barefoot and an attempt at escape from their Lab, there's bruises everywhere along with the odd burn but those wounds are pretty fresh and better cleaned before they get infected.

Are you game to help a gal out, Luceti?]

[ooc note: Selphie's mallynap effect will make her impervious to the effects of any healing magic meaning that she's gonna have to heal the hard way.]

Yes, that certainly seems true... but only the ones that are particularly deep. Some of these others I can wrap, so they don't become worse before you can get to someone who can heal you properly. If there even is someone like that here...

Oh there's lots of healers in the village don't worry about that.

Are you new to Luceti by any chance?

[She nods.] Yes, that's right. I only arrived here this morning.

I hope you don't mean to tell me this happens often...

[And Selphie finds herself wishing that she hadn't been returned in the midst of a New Feather Cycle. They're going to be confused enough without freaking out about a kidnapping.]

The kidnappings or the current New Feather Cycle?

Your injuries! I know of the kidnappings, but are these a common result?

[There a slow shake of Selphie's head.]

People don't always come back from their injured but other things have been known to happen.

[Yipe.] I'm not sure I want to know...

But what am I even doing, talking about this? You need treatment, not idle conversation!

[It's definitely not the way that Selphie would recommend spending four days.]

There's a clinic in the plaza.

[action] sorry for the spam! felt like that needed revision

Alright, just let me take care of these first and I'll get you there as soon as I can.

[Without waiting for an answer, she grabs the hem of her own nearly ankle-length dress and pulls until the fabric gives way, giving her long but thin horizontal strips of gray-green cloth. She tears those too, then quickly ties the new makeshift tourniquets around the wounded joints that are likely to be aggravated by movement. Not enough to completely stop blood flow, which is actually good, but it will slow it and reduce the pain.

Once that's done, she stands again and offers a clean hand. She feels somewhat ridiculous - her other hand and her apron are visibly soaked with blood and water, and the hemline of the attendant's robe she had only just found again is still well below her knees but in almost literal ribbons - but she doesn't let that prevent her from smiling softly.]

When you're ready. Don't rush yourself, OK?
