82nd Draw is full of Shenanigans

[It's a snowy day in Luceti isn't it? It appears to also appears to be the perfect opportunity for a little mischief as Selphie -- dressed completely in white -- has taken it upon herself to spread a little winter fun in the form of some relatively harmless snowballs being thrown at whoever decides to pass by. Someone's bound to catch her eventually though and they are perfectly free to exact revenge to their hearts content. Really... Selphie's like a kid sometimes and she just can't help herself. Be thankful she isn't aiming for people's heads though.

When she does get caught though -- or she jumps/falls off the roof -- She'll be running around welcoming all the new people that she sees to Luceti. She may not be a volunteer at the Welcome Center anymore but she still feels that it's important to make people feel welcome in a place that is likely to be their new home for quite some time. If you happen to know her well enough, feel free to question why she's not a volunteer at the Welcome Center anymore. Just... don't be surprised if she doesn't tell you why. It's a bit of a personal matter.
