56th Draw = Something's not right... [Voice/Action]
[Something's just not right in the house when Selphie wakes up. There aren't any arms folding her into a warm embrace that she has to worm out of and the other half of the bed and decidedly cold. Ceodore's the late riser of the two of them unless he's plotting something and even then, he would've tucked the blankets around her. Instead, her back is exposed as she rolls over to discover the mess that their room has become. She's sitting up immediately and sees the broken window and his sword and armor knocked over and scattered across the floor amidst crushed glass.
She's gotten too soft in the place as a remarkably bitter expression plants itself on Selphie's usually smiling face for several minutes. Her hands are instinctively wrapping around a teddy as she hugs it tightly to herself. Why hadn't she woken up? The sounds of the droids breaking and entering into their room usually would've had her awake in an instant as she falls into a small pit of regret. She should've been able to stop this. She could've helped him, protected him. Like she'd made him promise all those months ago.
We protect each other.
And now he's not here and she's feeling a bit lost. Had any of the others heard anything? She can't just assume that it's the Malnosso up to their old tricks but it's really the most logical decision but Selphie's refusing to believe it. The destruction of their bedroom is enough of an indication but she has to make sure as she reaches for the clothes she'd laid out the night before to get ready to face the day. With that done, her nunchaku is gripped with a white-knuckled grip and her journal is in the other. She steps through the mess and doesn't even wince as she feels glass shards biting into the skin of her feet before she's hobbling upstairs to bother her housemates.
Eventually though, she opens the journal and puts out a general query to the people of Luceti. But not before she looks down and sees the damage that she's done to her feet. Nevermind the fact that she could use Nala's magic to heal herself but she's got some lovely glass in her feet and she's not prepared to pull it out.]

Uh, Doctor McCoy? Is there any chance you could make a drop by House 32?
[/Filter]
Has anybody seen Ceodore today? He's been a puppy for the past few days but he hasn't left my side and he's always the last one in the house up. So if anybody's seen him, could you let me know? He didn't leave a note or anything and it's not like him to... wait it is...
Ceodore if you're listening, please tell me you're all right?

[action]
Cecil? It's Selphie.
[action]
[He goes to open the door, followed by the remaining ravens. He opens his mouths to greet her, but the state of her feet suddenly catches his attention.]
What happened to you? How did you get hurt like this?
[action]
[She hadn't noticed what she'd been walking on so this is the first time she's looked down at her feet. They start crying out their protests of pain as Selphie grimaces.]
Ow. Leaving mine and Ceodore's room.
[action]
[He ushers her toward a chair, and starts rummaging through his belongings to find anything that could serve as bandages. He finally takes out one of his scarves.]
Did a glass fall to the ground? I can go clean it up, if you wish.
[action]
You... haven't seen Ceodore have you? [Please just let him be training... this is all just some cruel joke.]
[action]
[Looking those feet over now. He wipes some of the blood off, but he wouldn't dare try to pick up the shards with his hands, and a Cure spell would be useless with them still in.]
[action]
I think he's been kidnapped...
[action]
...What?
[action]
I said we'd protect each and I didn't even wake up.
[action]
[He punches the ground angrily.]
They must have cast a Sleep spell on you. Do you know where they take their prisoners?
[action]
[action]
[And he'll spend every single other waking moment beating things up at the battle dome, you can bet on it.]
[action]
[And Selphie will just sit there, quiet as a mouse.]
[action]
[He goes back to cleaning off the blood, but he might be slightly less gentle than befoe.]
[action]
[The slightly less gentle nature isn't expected as Selphie try to hide a yelp by covering her mouth with her hands.]
[action]
[Yet before she yelped, he hadn't even realized he was being less than tender.]
...Sorry.
[action]
I think I'd call Doctor McCoy down here.
[action]
[But at least mow there won't be all that blood in the way.]
[action] - you figure I'd remember to proofread by now right? xD
And then I've gotta clean up the mess...
[action] It's okay, I apparently have the same problem.
[action] hahaha typo twins unite?
[And she's gonna try not to cry in front of you too.]
[action] Do we get awesome twin powers with that?
[That's perfectly fine. Any tears he might want to shed will only show themselves in private.]
[action] wonder twin powers activate?
[She's just feeling blue.]
[action] ...Maybe we need to typo for them to work.
[An empty stomach makes nothing better.]
[action] ...Maybe we need to typo for them to work.
