38th Draw = Bad News [Written]

[This is something Selphie can't do very well. Allen was a good friend to her and it kills her inside to know that he's left this place but at the same time, he won't have to endure the experiments any longer. However, she can't quite speak these words without her voice cracking so she feels safer to write them instead.]

For those in Luceti who knew him, Allen Walker has been returned to his home. I hope he's happy and safe.

[Knock knock! Derpy concerned boyfriend at the door.]

It's open. [Selphie's sitting on the floor beside her bed, hugging a pillow.]

[Ceodore pushes the door opens and frowns when he sees where Selphie is. Without a word, he walks over, kneels behind her then envelopes her in a hug from behind.]

[It surprises her at first when there's arms folding around her. She sinks back against Ceodore and doesn't say anything because there isn't anything to say. If anything, Selphie's glad that he's willing to be her rock when it's impossible to feel strong.]

[He's content to do nothing more than hold her and leave one light kiss on the top of her head. After a while though, he feels compelled to say something.]
