14th Draw - Goin' on a Fireworks Hunt! [Video/Action]
[Backdated to this morning/early afternoon.
Selphie's searching through as many of the shops in the Plaza as she can at the moment. She's on a mission to find some fireworks and give Luceti some cheer for a change. There'd been enough attacks, mallynappings and other various sorts of chaos that it was time for a good dose of cheer. She knew that she'd certainly had enough of the bummed out feelings that a lot of people were feeling lately. She'll be searching the shops for most of the morning and early afternoon before heading back to her apartment to grab a bite to eat. Who knows just who she'll run into during her adventure.
A little while later, a video will appear with Selphie eyeing the journal closely until she's certain that it's recording. How it's recording, she hasn't got a clue but there's one heck of a triumphant look on her face before she points to a bag that appears to be full of fireworks, sparklers and the whole nine yards. Clearly, somebody takes their fireworks very seriously.]
Luceti, who's up for some fireworks? Let's shove the gloom aside for a bit and just have some fun!
Allen! You still gonna help me out? [As in, is Allen going to do the lighting of the fireworks? Does anybody really want to trust Selphie with fire and explosives?]

But fireworks will be fun regardless, they remind me of summer festivals.

I wish I'd found these fireworks in time for the festival now. They would've been perfect for then!

[She'd been a little preoccupied that day and hadn't really had an opportunity to enjoy it.]
Where I come from, we had a big festival every year called the Garden Festival. There were sparring matches, card game tournaments, tours of the facility, food booths, entertainment and all sorts of things! At the end of every one, we always had a big fireworks display.

Where I came from we had lots of seasonal festivals for different reasons. There were a lot in the summer, almost one every month. There would be food and stalls selling little trinkets and playing games. ...and the fireworks at the end, people would go in their yukata sometimes in the summer.
It'd be nice to see that again... [ He can't quite help the wistful tone to his voice. ]

I'd like to, I've talked about it with Sanji-san a few times. More people planning would probably help. To involve the whole village it'd be good if there's a bigger group planning it.
