41st Draw = Birthday Party Planning ,[Open Action/Voice]

[After the successful completion of Selphie morning ritual, she's racing off toward the plaza. She's got some arrangements to take care of if she's gonna throw Frey a totally awesome birthday party! There's a cake to get baked, party decorations to create, food to prepare and all those other things that are involved in grand party making! Who's willing to help her prepare the food? She's putting all her efforts into this party because Frey deserves something fun too!

She's dipping in and out and shops, possibly badgering some people into helping her. Who knows? The sky's the limit! She just doesn't know where she's gonna hold it.

Just be warned anyone who runs into her, she's more genki than you can handle.]

Hey! It's Frey's birthday in two days and I'm gonna throw him a big party! Everybody's invited! But I need some help in order to pull it off. So who's game?

Dessert? Do you know how to make a cake? It's Frey's birthday on Wednesday and I'm gonna throw him a birthday party! And I'd make him a cake myself but uh... cooking isn't really my strong point... [More like she'd set the house on fire if she put enough effort into it.]

Really? I guess I'd better get all the stuff together then! Well if it's a chocolate cake... we need cocoa and flour, right? Eggs too?

This too right? I watched Matron make one once when I was younger.

I didn't know how to cook at all, before I came here. But cookbooks and watching people have helped a lot.

I can cook some simple things but a friend of mine offered to teach me.

That's good! It's nice to be able to learn that for yourself. Then you can make whatever you want, whenever you want.
