41st Draw = Birthday Party Planning ,[Open Action/Voice]

[After the successful completion of Selphie morning ritual, she's racing off toward the plaza. She's got some arrangements to take care of if she's gonna throw Frey a totally awesome birthday party! There's a cake to get baked, party decorations to create, food to prepare and all those other things that are involved in grand party making! Who's willing to help her prepare the food? She's putting all her efforts into this party because Frey deserves something fun too!

She's dipping in and out and shops, possibly badgering some people into helping her. Who knows? The sky's the limit! She just doesn't know where she's gonna hold it.

Just be warned anyone who runs into her, she's more genki than you can handle.]

Hey! It's Frey's birthday in two days and I'm gonna throw him a big party! Everybody's invited! But I need some help in order to pull it off. So who's game?

[Irvine spots Selphie doing her shopping thing, and quite frankly, is more or less standing off to the side trying to figure out what she was doing. Was she just doing one of those girl shopping spree things?]

It's definitely not the array of goodies available to her for a Garden Festival but it's better than nothing! He'll just have to come up and ask her won't he?
