30th Draw = Accidental voice
[ooc: Backdated to this morning.
Selphie had woken up early this morning and unaware of the gloomy weather for the day, she decided to eat some breakfast outside. She'd grabbed a bowl of cereal and a banana and wandered outside in her favourite yellow PJs to enjoy the obvious lack of sunshine. Her journal was in her other hand with the banana when she spotted the Droids coming in her general direction. Her blood runs cold as the bowl drops out of her hands, shattering at her feet as she steps back toward the door.
The banana and her journal drop to the porch in front of the door before her voice is heard clearly over the journal.]
Get lost you dumb pieces of junk! You're not taking me any--
[A scream and an audible thud is heard before the droids drag Selphie off for some fun with the sharp, pointy objects. The only evidence of her going missing is the journal, shattered bowl surrounded by milk and cheerios and a heavily damaged flowerbed near house 59.]

[Ceodore recognizes those sounds TOO WELL and dammit all they can't have her. He goes racing through the house in his PJ bottoms looking for her and to try to stop them. Too late...]

[Voice]
...damn it.
[Voice... ish.]
[voice]
Selphie!? Selphie, run! Just run!
[Hoping the girl heard his words, Edward was just about to run home until he noticed the unsettling silence. They took her, the Malnosso already took her away.]
No...

Damn Malnosso....
[Voice]
Selphie? Sephie, are you okay?
no subject
[Voice]
No. She's not. They took her.
[He's so marching out to the barrier to try to have it out with the Malnosso.]
[Voice/Action]
[And with that, she's off without waiting for an answer. It was a good decision to stay so close to everyone else afterall and she notices Ceo before he gets anywhere.]
Ceodore! Is everyone else okay? Where have they taken her?

[Action]
stupidchivalrous and go smashing through the barrier to get her back.]On the other side of the barrier.
[Action]
Stopping people from doing stupid thingsruining people's fun is what Porom does! Her eyes briefly follow the trail through the flowers and away from the house. She sighs, shaking her head, and picks up the dropped journal.]
This is hers, isn't it? You should put it somewhere safe so it doesn't get lost before she comes back.
[Action]
[And yes, he's got that serious business face on.]
[Action]
[And she sighs.]
You told me yourself it's impossible to pass the barrier. What do you intend to do?
[Action]
[Crud. She had him there. Not a clue what he could do other than sit and fume.]
I can't just stay here. I have to try.
[Action]
If the barrier could be broken by trying hard enough we'd likely be free by now, Ceodore.
[Action]
[Ceodore's starting to sound downright desperate now. C'mon Porom, is it that hard to miss that he's got it bad for the girl? And why do you have to be so irritatingly reasonable anyway?]
[Action]
It's...likely, yes. If what I've heard is to be believed.
[And then she turns back, her expression unreadable.]
It's clear you care about her a lot, Ceodore. But there's nothing you can do. I know it's not easy to be powerless to help someone you care about but-
-you introduced her to us as a mercenary, didn't you? I expect she's tough.
[Action]
[Yes, that is the voice of experience speaking.]
You don't understand how bad it is.
[Action]
You're right, I don't. I only hope I'll be lucky enough not to learn.
Fine. If you can tell me now what you intend to do, how you intend to do it and how it will help her I won't stop you. I'll even help you as best I can.
[Action]
I... don't know.
[SIGH.]
[Action]
Make sure people know to be on the lookout for her when she returns, okay? That way you'll be able to get to her quicker when she does come back.
