23rd Draw = In which Selphie discovers Light Cycle [Action]

[If you know Selphie well enough, you will know that the minute she'd heard about the blue discs that let you ride a bike through Luceti, that she would be going on a blue disc hunt in the hopes of finding one.

Or in Selphie's case, she'll trip on one instead and go careening through the streets of Luceti in a game of Light Cycle.]

WOOHOOOOOOOOOOOO!

[And while Selphie's marvelling at all the blurry parts of Luceti from the top of her mighty steed, she'll crash into the fountain and go sailing through the air only to land in a set of bushes nearby. After she catches her breath, Selphie gives a fist pump as she starts to untangle herself from the shrubbery.]

[Terra's talking a walk when she hears the enthusiastic yelling. Turning, she spots Selphie just in time to see her crash into the fountain. Immediately, she heads over.]

Selphie! Are you alright?
